As of today, April 22nd, Pets ETC Carol Stream has reached the end of its era. We would like to thank all of you for your support these past five years, and give you all one last heartfelt farewell. Our store was a family, and we’ll never forget the memories we made with you all. ❤️

For those unaware of our closing, we were unable to absorb the increase in rent going forward despite our boom in business.

Our Plainfield Location continues to flourish and remains open.

Lastly, we would also like to apologize to those trying to contact our store today. Our internet was disconnected earlier than we were told by our provider, leaving us with no active phone line on our very last day.
