Thank you to everyone for your support and nice comments and reviews. You liked my food so I will be cooking dinners THIS Saturday January 23. For $25 you get a very large serving of dinner for 1 person:

Fermin's Famous Lechón asado- roasted pork in a generations-old recipe, with specialty marinade and mojito. (The pork is oven AND charcoal roasted in a garlic, citrus and cumin marinade, accompanied by a mouth watering mojito sauce. The recipe is Yunia's father's handed down for generations.)

Moros y cristianos - sometimes also called "congri" - rice with black beans cooked together; a staple of Cuban cuisine.

Yuca con mojo - Yucca is a root boiled and roasted with mojo or mojito sauce.

Mariquitas de platano - fried plantain chips
