We’re proud to announce that Kevin A. Mahan has joined Veracity IIR as our Director of Business Development.

Kevin brings decades of leadership across law enforcement, state government, healthcare security, and legislative policy. As the founder of Sentinel Strategies and, most recently, Vice President of Safety and Security for a major Indiana hospital network, he built a hospital-based police department from the ground up — integrating sworn authority into a healthcare environment while leading initiatives in weapons detection, crisis readiness, and regulatory compliance.

His background includes service as an Indiana State Representative, Governor-appointed founding Superintendent of the Indiana Gaming Commission, and Sheriff — a rare combination of operational and legislative experience.
At Veracity, Kevin will lead strategic growth and institutional partnerships as we expand our advisory services across healthcare, education, corporate, and public-sector clients.

Kevin is also a devoted husband, father, and grandfather whose life is grounded in service and integrity — values that align strongly with our mission.

Welcome aboard, Kevin.
