We’re hiring a Director of Engineering to lead and elevate our engineering discipline (including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and low voltage technology) across BSA’s studios nationwide. This role is critical to driving technical excellence, operational performance, and integrated project delivery as we continue to grow our impact in healing, learning, and discovery environments.

The Director of Engineering will partner closely with firm leadership and multidisciplinary teams to strengthen collaboration, mentor future leaders, and ensure high-quality outcomes for clients and communities. From staffing strategy and project delivery to team development and financial performance, this position plays a major role in advancing BSA’s long-term vision.
