Start your week off with a little springtime bridesmaid inspiration! Some of my favorite months for flowers are early spring because there are SO many seasonal varieties available. If you’re a flower-lover and particularly love pastel colors- consider setting your date in April or May!

L&K’s wedding at was so serene and beautiful! These warm, peach and apricot tones with touches of butter yellow and marigold brought together the spirit of the summer solstice with the tropical vibe of the sweet so wonderfully!

Peach, soft pinks and French blue has to be one of my favorite summertime color palettes! It catches so much warmth and brightness from the light as it changes throughout the day and feels so soft without being overly feminine! I also just love how perfectly the frilled edges of the Notting Hill Garden Roses channeled the lace texture from Mia’s stunning cathedral veil! 🥰

A common misconception in wedding floristry when it comes to pricing and centerpieces? That bud vases are more affordable… The reality is, they’re not. While beautiful, ethereal and offering a more minimalist aesthetic than standard centerpieces, they are very labor intensive to create. Additionally, you need many of them to fill the tablescape and make it feel well-appointed, and in doing so end up spending the same if not more than you would on a single statement centerpiece. They require more prep, more vessels, and more packaging for transport. Do we love them? Yes. Do they make a tablescape feel dynamic and serve us well as the primary design style or a supporting role? Absolutely!! The moral of the story? Choose a bud vase heavy tablescape because you LOVE the design and the vibe it brings! 🫶🏼
