Mr. Window

It is with great pleasure that I am writing this review for the company Mr. Window and their employees. Starting with the Office Manager Andi, Andi was great in helping me choose the proper windows, patio, entry and storm door for my home. Like every homeowner I was anxious about this project. Andi was very patient, polite, she gave me time to make my decisions and always was available to answer my questions and helped me with the necessary documents for the HOA approval. Andi really did the extra mile; every time I was asking her for something related to the windows or the doors.
After that, my next concern was what to expect after the installation, like if painting or drywall repairs will be necessary. The installers (Dave and Mike) proved me wrong. They did an excellent job, with attention to the details, and checked everything with me when they finished the installation. I am grateful to Andi, Dave, Mike and Mr. Window. They are very friendly, and during this process they made me feel like part of their “family”, that they are always available for anything I need for my new windows and doors in the future!
