Everyone talks about interest rates in the 80's. Did you know prices increased all the way through those 18% mortgage rate days?
There were many other times during the 80's and 90's that interest rates increased. Prices kept going up.
Real estate prices only went down one time, and that was during the mortgage crash of the late 2000's.
I'm not saying we won't see a correction, because I think that's a strong possibility, but let's take a look at history for a second.
And, what about supply and demand...where's the answer to that puzzle?
Am I missing something?
I foresee way more demand than supply for years and years to come just based on population.
I think we are in the beginning stages of an incredible normal market for a long long time.
Thank God the banks regulated loans the way they did after 2008.
Bring on the new market. I'm suited up and ready to roll.
