Another new recipe. I’ve had this RJington’s in my todo list for quite a while on request from a few friends. It came out great! An English Pub Ale on nitro. Coming in at 5.1% with an awesome creaminess, clean crisp color, and nice complimentary bitterness.

Working on a new recipe today. A Belgian brown. This is using a bunch of specialty malts and a touch of carafa III for some flavor and color. I’m using dark Belgian candy sugar and a smashed coriander addition. If it tastes like how it’s smelling it should be good!

Kolschn It! Mashing in and making sure our pH is just right. This will be fermented and cold conditioned for a month before kegging. Not your traditional Kolsch coming in at over 7% abv.

We have sprung a leak Captain! Was hoping to put my latest Russian Imperial Stout in today. Hopefully it will swell up to water, I mean, beer tight again.

Our Amber IPA just got kegged up today. Lots of excellent specialty malts make this one up and it's lightly dry hopped for a nice fruity nose. Pretty easy drinking at a relatively light 5.5% abv.

First taste of our new brew. I'm calling it Island Hop Saison for now, but it is a cracked black pepper saison with strawberry purée addition. Super tasty at 9.4%!
