4 days until I step onto the Disney Wish…and this trip already feels emotional in a way I didn’t expect. 🛳️✨

For the first time in 20 years, I’m choosing to completely unplug. No laptop. No cell phone. No iPad. I even bought a digital camera so I can capture memories without the temptation to turn my phone back on. 🤣

But honestly, this is about more than just a vacation.

This last month has taken a lot out of me — mentally, physically, and emotionally. Between the heartbreak and frustration of my wedding ring being ruined, working my part-time job, being a wife, a mom, a full-time business owner, and a guardian…I’ve felt pulled in every direction.

And somewhere in the middle of taking care of everyone and everything, I realized I need to take care of me, too. 🥹

So this trip is my pause. My reset. My chance to breathe without a schedule, a notification, an order to fill, a problem to solve, or someone needing something from me.

No kids. No husband. No responsibilities.

Just me, my mom, the ocean, a camera full of memories, and a few days to remember who I am when the world isn’t asking anything of me. 💙
