Carlisle Public Library

The only Certified Bob Ross Instructor, in Iowa, is coming to Carlisle, so be sure to call or email to join us at the Community Building, on July 28th, to enjoy a morning of "The Joy of Painting" show. This will be a free demonstration, watching this Bob Ross certified artist create a one of kind painting.
