✨ Leadership Update ✨

Cook Inclusive is proud to reintroduce Kaleb Cook (they/he) as our Executive Director.

Kaleb is a disabled and q***r leader, social entrepreneur, and nonprofit innovation consultant dedicated to building spaces where disabled, BIPOC, q***r, and low-income Folx thrive through employment, recreation, and community power.

🎓 Kaleb earned a bachelor’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation + Nonprofit Management from the University of Iowa and continued their education through the University of Iowa’s LEND Program, where their research focused on employment barriers for disabled and q***r communities.

Their work spans Colorado, Puerto Rico, and Florida, supporting startups and designing innovative programs. Kaleb is fluent in ASL and is poco a poco improving their Spanish 🌱.

We’re excited for this next chapter of Cook Inclusive under Kaleb’s leadership — full of innovation, joy, and community impact. 💜
