"Just tell me what to eat for breakfast."
If you've ever thought that, you're not alone.
Nutrition advice can feel overwhelming, but a healthy breakfast doesn't have to be complicated. Instead of relying on processed protein bars or sugary shakes, focus on real, whole foods that provide protein, fiber, healthy fats, and probiotics.
I'm sharing some of my favorite Mediterranean-inspired breakfasts that are quick, delicious, and designed to help you stay energized, support your gut, and keep you satisfied all morning.
You'll discover:
• Simple breakfast ideas you can make in minutes
• The 30-30-3 approach to better nutrition
• Easy ways to add more protein and fiber to your mornings
• Why whole foods beat processed "protein" products every time

Healing isn’t just about “thinking differently” anymore.
More and more, therapists and researchers are recognizing something many of us have felt for years:
Stress, trauma, anxiety, and burnout don’t just live in the mind. They live in the body and nervous system too.
That’s why approaches like EMDR, mindfulness-based therapy, and somatic work are moving into the mainstream.
And honestly? It makes sense.
You can understand why you feel stressed… and still feel stuck in the same emotional loop.
Sometimes healing begins when the body finally feels safe enough to process what the mind has been carrying.
What I find especially hopeful is that these therapies aren’t about “fixing” people.
They’re about helping us reconnect with ourselves, regulate the nervous system, and loosen old patterns that no longer serve us.
Even simple practices like grounding, mindful breathing, and learning to notice body sensations can begin shifting the way we experience stress.
Because healing isn’t always linear.
Sometimes it starts with feeling safe, supported, and present in your own body again.
💛 In my latest article, I explore why body-based therapies are becoming more mainstream and how approaches like EMDR and mindfulness are changing the conversation around mental health.
