Being a teen isn't always easy. Between school, friendships, family, and the pressure to "have it all together," it's normal to feel overwhelmed.

Our therapist-led CBT support group is a safe, welcoming space where teens can build confidence, manage anxiety, and develop healthy coping skills—all while connecting with others who understand.
