Do you remember that feeling? I know I do.💕 I had been freelancing while employed and I remember thinking 💭 to myself — what if you could step out on your own. 🌈 I entertained that thought like kid to candy 🍭. But then — my fear kicked in 🤦‍♀️ and I wasn’t so sure I had the “stuff “. Did I have what it took? Where would I get customers? What would I need to be successful? etc. Well then it happened — I saw my “bill rate” 🤬and ALL fear turned to determination 😤. It motivated me to move beyond my fear — understand my worth — and determine my own professional destiny 💴. Well It’s been 11 years now and I haven’t looked back. Yep 👍🏾 it’s been everything I had hoped and more. ✔️

If 2020 taught you nothing else, it taught you to listen 👂and observe. Quiet down the noise and busy work to be present. During that observation period we will learn the voice of our customer. 🤫 shhhhh — you hear it?
