The goblet squat circuit!
Here we’re applying two of my favorite principles in exercise, progression overload and pyramid training.
As Liz and Alex go from dumbbell to dumbbell the load increases but the reps are decreasing to compensate for the increased load.
This couple works HARD! And are really smashing it. Watching them work inspires me 💪🏿
