Sometimes , we get calls for repairs. This one was urgent. This set of stairs were dangerous. The previous installation from a known Handyman was a mess. Risers too long. Stairnosing not glued. Some just nailed or partially glued. A few of the risers were attached by only 2 nails. We removed and discarded the original stairnose. Cut all the risers down so the steps sat flat. Cut all new Stairnosing and attached all with a Loctite Premium Adhesive. No reason to save a few dollars on anything! Steps are now in spec as well as safe to use! We are a full service company from Demo, Remodel, New Construction. We also prep all our own floors and Stairs. Sales, Repairs, Installation and also flooring inspections.
