FRUIT HILL FARM UPDATE:
Cast Iron plumbing replacement, video 3.
Soon we will be finishing the electric, then the plumbing rough in for a new improved bathroom. Our plan is to make it senior accessible. This is our first floor bathroom, we have a first floor bedroom across from it.
Suze Ormond says to move to a smaller, accessible home, or make an accessible bathroom before you “need” it. We “intend” to live in our old historic home until we cannot manage to be here anymore. We are seizing the moment bc of the sewer pipe crisis to make this happen.
