Shane Rapp, Comal County Constable, Precinct 4

Today was a special celebration of Constable Rapp's retirement from Pct 4. We are grateful for his 27 years of dedicated service to Comal County and 20 years as Precinct 4 Constable. Thank you to everyone who came to wish him a happy retirement.
