Today we celebrate the retirement of an incredible colleague and friend, Mr. Jesus Juarez. For years, he has served as a Prevention Specialist with dedication, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to helping others. Whether supporting students, families, staff, or the community, he was always willing to lend a hand, share his knowledge, and go the extra mile to make a difference.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, he will be remembered for the joy and positivity he brought to every room. His laughter was contagious, and no matter what challenges came his way, he always had a smile and a favorite saying ready: "It's part of the show." That simple phrase reminded us all to keep moving forward and not take life's unexpected moments too seriously.

He is a man of many talents—always handy, able to fix just about anything, and never afraid to roll up his sleeves to help someone in need. When he wasn't making a difference at work, he loved spending time outdoors, exploring new places, and traveling to create new memories and adventures.

His leadership, kindness, sense of humor, and positive impact have left a lasting mark on our district and the countless lives he touched along the way. While we will miss seeing his smile, hearing his laughter, and listening to his famous words of wisdom, we are grateful for the legacy he leaves behind.

Thank you for your 27 years of service, your passion for prevention, and your genuine care for others.

Congratulations on your retirement—we wish you happiness, good health, endless adventures, and plenty of time to enjoy the outdoors, travel, and all the things you love most.

Student Support Services will miss you deeply. Enjoy this next chapter—you've certainly earned it. ❤️🎉🍃✈️

We gifted Mr. Juarez a wheel because when uncertainty came, it was only appropriate for us to say “Jesus, take the wheel!” 🤭

As Mental Health Awareness Month comes to an end, the importance of mental health does not end with the month of May. Mental health matters every single day, and continuing conversations, support, and compassion are essential in helping students, families, and communities thrive.

We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to our school counselors, district social workers, and case managers for the incredible work they do each day. Thank you for being a source of strength, encouragement, and hope. Your dedication reminds us that caring for mental health is not just important, it is life changing. Let us continue to break stigmas, check in on one another, and prioritize mental wellness all year long. 🧡💙
