Krill Oil May Deliver Omega-3s More Efficiently.

Over a 12-week trial, researchers found that participants taking a krill oil supplement developed omega-3 fatty acid blood levels roughly 1.5 times higher than those given a fish oil supplement.

In 1967, Canadian Club launched its “Hide a Case” promotion, hiding cases of whisky in unusual locations and publishing magazine ads with clues for prospective treasure hunters.

According to the brand, 25 cases were hidden around the world between 1967 and 1991, including near Mount Kilimanjaro, Angel Falls, the Great Barrier Reef, and the North Pole.

Sixteen had been recovered by May 2010. The campaign was then revived with a $100,000 reward for locating a case hidden in Tonga, which Kristina Beall found in April 2011. That left eight cases commonly listed as unaccounted for.

Their precise status is uncertain because the Canadian Club’s later owner said records concerning the remaining cases had been lost.
