Light holiday candles today and tomorrow.
Celebrate Shavuot with us and hear the Ten Commandments at 5:30 PM.
Every man, women, and child should hear the reading of the Ten Commandments.
Shavuot is the foundation of all the holidays and Mitzvot, because it is the day G-d gave us the greatest gift in the world β the Torah. On this holy day, the Jewish people stood together at Har Sinai and accepted the divine wisdom that guides every aspect of our lives. Every mitzvah we perform and every holiday we celebrate flows from that moment of connection between G-d and His people. Shavuot reminds us that the Torah is not just a book of laws, but the source of our purpose, identity, and spiritual strength in every generation.
Enjoy a magnificent spread of lasagnas, cheesecakes, blintzes, beautiful salads, quiches, and ice cream Bar and so much more.

This Shabbat is special because it has been designated as a Shabbat where Jews around the world try to KEEP ONE SHABBAT IN UNITY.
This Shabbat is more than just another Friday night β it is an opportunity for Jews everywhere to reconnect with the holiness and beauty of Shabbat. The power of even one Shabbat observed more deeply is great! One candle, one prayer, one family meal, one hour disconnected from the noise of the world β these actions bring peace not only into our homes, but into the entire world.
Here are a few simple ways to make this Shabbat special:
