The Scuba calendar now has an email icon on the bottom toolbar. You can email all signed up customers/students or an individual in the roster. Additionally, when viewing the Manifest/Checklist, you can email the manifest to staff or create a custom notification to staff. In order to fit the new email icon, some print features are now consolidated under a new print icon which pops a menu of print options. The Paste icon is now moved to the left near the customer related icons.
2 sample HTML files are included in the update. charter_notification.html and class_notification.html. Use these to make your stores notification template. This requires a free cloud account to embed
images in your HTML. Please request this account from EncomPos support if you choose to send images in your email. 678.921.9673
