There will be no core and flexibility class on Thursday, July 3rd at 7:45 am. Class will resume on July 10th.
Saturday core and flexibility class will resume on August 9th.

CLIENT SPOTLIGHT!
We just wanted to say congratulations to one of the hardest working guys in the gym, Gabe Ferrante!
Gabe has worked hard to transform his body and has lost 70lbs! He’s at his lightest weight since early high school days!
Gabe just graduated college with a degree in chemistry and will be heading to Massachusetts in a few weeks to start a job with the Schimadzu company as a field service engineer.
We are so happy for him but will also miss him. Best of luck Gabe from your Harder Training family!❤️
