This patient came in for an orthodontic consultation with:

👉 Mildly Convex Profile – Slight outward curve to the facial profile, often due to jaw positioning.

👉 Non-Consonant Smile – The smile line does not fully follow the curve of the lower lip.

👉 Class II Division 2 – A bite relationship where the upper teeth sit ahead of the lowers, often with inward-tilted front teeth.

👉 4mm Deep Bite / 50% Overbite / Left Brodie Bite – Upper front teeth overlap the lowers more than normal, with a crossbite affecting the left side.

👉 Moderate Upper Arch Crowding – Not enough space in the upper jaw, causing teeth to overlap or rotate.

👉 Mild Lower Arch Crowding – Slight lack of space in the lower jaw causing minor crowding.

👉 Mild Maxillary Constriction – The upper jaw is slightly narrower than ideal.

👉 Mild Mandibular Constriction – The lower jaw is slightly narrow.

👉 Lower Midline Deviated 1mm Right – The lower front teeth are slightly shifted to the right.

Ectopic tooth- tooth is erupting out of position, a baby canine remains, and the upper left canine is trapped beneath the gums.

👉 Moderate Generalized Inflammation – Mild to moderate gum irritation and swelling throughout the mouth.
