Throughout his career, Austin has built a strong track record of supporting operational success and improving processes across organizations, including SmartSource and Abcom Technology Group. His background brings a valuable mix of hands-on operations expertise, team leadership, and a strong focus on efficiency.

In this important leadership role, Austin will focus on fostering collaboration, driving continuous improvement, and aligning team efforts with Rentex’s goals to support performance and growth in the Las Vegas market.
