Look Who's Back!
Some of you might remember Jaxson from his time with us as a high school intern. We're excited to have him back, working this summer as a drafter on the structural team. He'll be working in AutoCAD and Revit on a variety of residential projects, and maybe even some commercial projects.

Welcome (back), Jaxson! 🎉

This 4th feels different around Colorado because instead of fireworks lighting up the sky, it’s filled with fire and smoke. Many have been evacuated, have just lost their homes, and/or are doing backbreaking work around the clock, unable to take a break, holiday or not. But we’re also reminded of the hard work, care for each other, and resilience that has gotten us to this 250th year of independence. We’re thankful to live in this country with so much freedom—that we can usually go play in those mountains that are now on fire whenever we want, and openly pray to God for protection and provision.

So here’s to celebrating the 4th of July and what that means—the men and women who have worked, fought, and died to get us to today and continue to do so. Our prayers continue for all those affected by the fires and for the fires to go OUT. 🇺🇸

On Friday, we had the pleasure of celebrating Juneteenth National Independence Day AND the 2026 Colorado Companies to Watch gala awards at the impressive Wings Over the Rockies Air & Space Museum!
