8th year I’m starting with the love of my life🥹✨🎄
The major theme of 2025 for me was connection and relationships💖 I have been embracing the social side of myself since learning I’m a generator, here to share my energy with others🌞 I realized maybe I’m not so introverted as I once believed… I just hadn’t met all my people🥰
I’ve been a little absent here, struggling to balance social media presence with in person presence as I often do, but I am excited to share more about this season. So excited for 2026 although it is maybe the least concrete I’ve been in my goals for a while. I’m just open and happy to be alive😉🌈

When you experience a trigger, you experience the intensity of all successive traumas combined. Anxiety is like this. We hear about it all the time.
Maybe love is like this. Maybe each time you fall in love, you feel it with the intensity of all the other times you were in love. Maybe each time you laugh, it brings back the joy you’ve felt on countless occasions through your life.
If our emotions are compounding, it actually gives us power to choose which emotions are our defaults. It gives us the power to forge a new path for our body to grow into a feeling.
