This is Week 3 of our Kid Scientists program!

🦉💎For the past two weeks we explored owl pellets and geodes.

🌟This week, on Thursday, July 16 at 1pm, we have Cornell Cooperative Extension of Madison County coming to help us explore soil! We will learn about the soil around us and get dirty with a hands on soil investigation.

Messy Monday is TODAY at 1pm! We plan to meet outside on the front lawn. We will have a tent, but it is supposed to be a hot one. Make sure to bring a water bottle and to wear sunscreen. And, of course, make sure you are in clothes that can get MESSY! We will have a number of stations and different activities for the kids to complete.

We are excited and honored to have master teacher David Chen visiting the library. He is visiting us from Taiwan and he will teach the basics of playing a ukulele in a single class.
