We're building a new Residence Inn by Marriott in Midland, TX, and recently had the opportunity to welcome a special group to the jobsite.

When the local Fire Marshal asked if their Fire Academy cadets could use our project for hands-on training, our superintendent, Jacob M., was happy to welcome then in. The cadets toured the site, participated in a class, and gained valuable real-world experience.

We're thankful for our local first responders and all they do to keep our communities safe. It was a privilege to support their training, and we're always glad to help however we can.

This Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. We also hold close the families and loved ones who carry their memory forward every day. Thank you for the sacrifice you made for our freedom. We don't know you all, but we owe you all.

These guys are doing whatever it takes to beat a hard deadline! With rainy weather in the forecast, our team at the Caravan Court in Arlington erected a huge tent above the pool so that work could continue throughout the weekend.
They're up against the clock there as they race to complete the hotel in time for the FIFA World Cup.
