Now Hiring: Customer Service Representative/Office Assistant
Full or Part Time

Parsons Collision Repair is looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized individual to join our front office team. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

What you'll do:
- Welcome customers and answer incoming calls
- Assist with insurance claims and repair authorizations
- Schedule estimates, repairs, and vehicle drop-offs
- Handle office communication, paperwork, and payments
- Support our technicians and estimator while delivering the Parsons Quality Guarantee

We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Experienced in a collision repair shop or insurance environment (preferred)
- Familiar with CCC ONE or Mitchell (a plus)
- A strong communicator with excellent organizational skills
- Available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
