As of today, May 2, 2026, Spirit Airlines has reportedly canceled ALL flights and shut down customer service operations.

💳 Paid with a credit/debit card?
Contact your bank immediately and request a chargeback for a full refund.

🏢 Booked through a travel agent or third-party site?
Reach out to them directly for rebooking or refund options.

🎟️ Used Spirit points?
Refunds may be handled through bankruptcy proceedings, so updates could take time.

✈️ The good news:
Major airlines like JetBlue, United Airlines, Southwest Airlines, Delta Air Lines, and Frontier Airlines have announced "rescue fares" and price caps to help stranded passengers.
