I am known for thinking and asking deep questions that are completely outside the box ♥️ This approach has helped me bring to life things that don’t exist yet. I am used to being a pioneer by now. 😆 It is not easy. It is most of the time knowing and believing in what I think should be the answer. Despite many voices that say otherwise. Despite others saying it is not possible.. 🫶🏼 I listen. I ask them questions. I reflect on what’s brought into my awareness… And I keep on going. This is how I now approach creating the unique Montessori Teacher and Parent Training. I am not satisfied with just creating a training that is a cookie cutter, you know that, right? Why would I? 🫶🏼 Montessori Teacher and Parent Training that is grounded in daily practices and wisdom that supports adult learners just as we strive to support and guide children in the classroom. I want the adult learners, whoever they are: nannies, daycare teachers, childminders, Montessori assistants, parents, - to have a lived experience of the same exact respect and gentleness of the Montessori approach in their own lives. As a family with four children and two of them being twins, we know very well about nanny finding and hiring! And over the course of last 5 years we had amazing nannies that became a part of the family!
