I am very excited for my client. It was emotional for them to sell their condo after owning it for over a decade, however, the outcome was amazing. Not only did they receive $15,000 over the listing price, they made over double their initial investment!!

Some Realtors only do buyer representation or only do seller representation. It is really important to be able to work with a Realtor that has the experience and knowledge to do both. This is especially crucial if the purchase of your new home is contingent on the sale of your current home. It takes a lot of coordination and negotiation to make sure both transaction make it to the finishi line. This was the case for my client.
