2023 — Thank you for teaching me that asking for help is necessary and even liberating. Thank you for showing how I am surrounded by people who already got me. Thank you for showing me how loved and supported I am…AND that I can love myself even more fully. Thank you for giving me space to practice vulnerability and to embrace that being strong alone is actually debilitating. I am falling in love with leaning into the tribe I have been gifted no matter where I am geographically—their hands have ALWAYS been there and allowing myself to be held by them is me living loving me more freely. 🙏🏾💗
