Hi everyone! It's been a while since I've been on here. I'd like to share a story of a dear friend of mine, who used to my patient at Beverly Hill Cancer Center. After he recovered from an excruciating battle from throat cancer, and experiencing varying levels of care in different places, he made it his mission to remind health care workers how to show compassion to their patients, that their life literally depends on it. He's been speaking all over the country, and now is out to make a feature length documentary. But he needs some help. I know that if his message gets out there it will help so many people feel more support, love, and possibly even save their lives. Please join me in supporting his mission through his fundraising campaign here: https://igg.me/at/compassionhealsdoc/x #/ (click on the link, not the photo)

If you know a friend that's struggling, even if it’s not from cancer, but don't know what to say.…let me help you:
1. Laundry party?? I'll bring by popcorn and help you catch up!
2. How are YOU doing.…. can | help with something so you can take a break to shower?
3. I don't know what to say, but know I'm thinking of you.
4. I'm dropping by some snacks at 6pm. I'll leave them in the mailbox!
5. Sometimes it IS too much to handle, isn't it?
6. For what it's worth, I think you're really holding it together.
7. I know you won't tell me what you need, so I'm going to list a few things. Just simply say yes or no if it's something I can help with.
8. Is Tuesday a good day to bring dinner?
9. You are so unbelievably enough.
10. I will always love you no matter what.
To those struggling, keep your chin up. And reach out to me or a friend when you need support.
