This could impact some of my customers, as many products in the carpet/textile industries come from these countries. But one out take from the article gives a bit of comfort "The overall financial impact is relatively small, however, although the decision could affect ties and future efforts to lower trade barriers. GSP is more important for smaller economies with significant imports to the U.S.
