9TH ANNUAL BACK TO SCHOOL OUTREACH TO BE HELD AT THE CALHOUN REC THIS SATURDAY: It’s a much needed event each year for many families throughout Gordon County - CCO Clothing Closet and Ministry is holding their 9th annual Back to School Outreach on Saturday, July 26, 2025. The event will be held at the Calhoun Rec Department, 601 South River Street in Calhoun, from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.

The Back to School Outreach is one of the most anticipated events each year for families throughout Gordon County, a time when school-aged children are offered FREE backpacks, school supplies, clothing and shoes. There is also food, music, fun and much more.

There will be a large number of vendors set up, handing out information and school supplies.
