I posted on my personal page earlier but figured I should post here as well. Earlier this afternoon we lost Cesme, our 5 year old female Akbash to an unknown cause. We took her to the vet for her normal annual vaccinations and 30 seconds after her shots they were performing CPR with oxygen and gave her epinephrine, they tried for 10 minutes but were unable to bring her back. We do not know the cause at this time but we are confident it was one of the vaccines. Samson, the young male we just brought home to replace Zeus is doing well but misses her as we all do. Please keep us in your prayers. This is the last picture of her about 10 minutes before she died, she will be greatly missed.

We just want to make sure everyone knows, our birds lay year round. So don't let the cold and snow stop you from calling for eggs. We still have them. Have a great night!!
