What Are the Health Benefits of Fire Cider? - GoodRx 07/06/2023

Fire cider! Once upon a time a company tried to trademark the name. Herbalists across the world united and filed suit. Fire cider is free for everyone.
And thank goodness. Also known as "fuego cider", "oxymel", "Four Thieves Cider" and "honeygar, fire cider has been used for literally thousands of years under many-a-name.
Technically its a ferment. You could even call it pickle juice. My version has honey in it which takes it a step further and makes it a "mel".
Whatever you want to call it, "magical" is a word I would definitely use.

Boost immunity with chamomile-infused drinks; other health benefits of this antioxidant-rich herb 07/06/2023

Chamomile is my special bedtime treat. Its a part of my ritual. A little honey, a little heavy cream... throw me in a bath with some epsom salts and Im done for the night.
It's sweet, light flavor apparently has nothing on its immune boosting powers. Really though, when we're feeling the dis-ease, dont we all just need to relax?

Alrighty! We've got a couple few new products and they are all formulated with chest and lung health in mind.

Number 1 is some fire cider. It's made with raw, organic apple cider vinegar and raw Colorado honey- not to mention jalapeno peppers grown in my very own garden. I've got an 8oz jar for cabinet storage but I've also got a shooter size for your pocket. I swear, it will burn out any public coughing fit your body thinks it wants to have.
But the ones I'm most proud of are my teas. Made with the noxiously invasive and hugely famous mullein plant, and again, from my very own yard. Harvested and dried from 100% organically grown, first year plants for the sweetest flavor. I've got three mixes- mullein chamomile, mullein mint, and mullein citrus. The only thing I didn't grow right here on the Eastern Plains is the citrus.
So there's the mullein/chamomile to calm a cough and also your nerves. I like it at the end of the day.
Then there's the mullein/mint. It's great for a hot afternoon and a sore throat.
Finally the mullein/citrus. This one is made with the dried and powdered peels of organically grown oranges. Its kind of invigorating. I like it first thing in the morning.

Slather Up your insides just like you would your outsides.

But if you need something extra for the outside, the magnesium body butter is still available.
