I Am Rediscovering Myself

Just like entering the gateway of your monthly bleed is a sacred transition, so too is entering the gateway of Menopause as it presents a grand opportunity to rediscover yourself & your new place within this Universe.

Menopause brings with it the wisdom of the world around you, the wisdom you have obtained being within this world, & the wisdom you have to share with the younger generations who will one day be exactly where you are.

Now is the perfect time for you to integrate everything you have learned over the years, bringing them together & working with this divine wisdom in harmony with yourself & your life.

It is time to prioritize your needs & your connection to source, to release what no longer serves you, reinvent yourself, & rescript your own life to better fit who you are now, not who you once were.

This is the time to shift with the natural cycles present all around you, especially that of the moon cycles, & synchronize with the cosmic ebbs & flows of the energies always present within your life.

It is time to come back home to yourself.
