LakeHills Church

F3 stands for Fitness, Fellowship and Faith. We all want to be better physically, mentally and Spiritually.

This group is for men age 18 and older unless accompanied by parent or guardian. It is held t Oliver Park. When you park make sure you park in the library parking lot close to the pavilion and walk to the parking lot by the basketball courts.

We do a bootcamp style exercise and end with a circle of trust (COT) where we usually try and give a message to help better yourself as a man of God.
