Thinking of fond memories of past Valentines day creations I made.

Its been a really long time. But I have found my way back to what I love.

Spring has sprung in my garden

My throw together meal tonight made in the instantpot. Jax said "mom I LIKE IT!" So I need to remember this one.

I threw in (in this order)...

1lb ground beef browned
1 cup diced onions
1 box rigatoni
1 quart beef stock
1 jar of spaghetti sauce of your choice
A bunch of garlic
Salt and pepper
1 block of cream cheese

Do not mix. PC for 5 minutes and then release pressure. Stir and serve.

Birthday girl woke up sick and we had to cancel the party with all her friends. But I still decorated and set it up so she could try to enjoy her day anyway.
