Tonight, Four Chefs Catering had the pleasure of providing an intimate in-home plated dinner in Grand Haven.

🥗 First Course
Caprese Salad featuring marinated mozzarella, organic tomatoes, fresh basil, and a balsamic reduction.

🥩 Entrée
Grilled Beef Tenderloin topped with a rich red wine demi-glacé and caramelized onion jam, served alongside creamy risotto and maple bourbon glazed organic tri-color carrots.

🍨 Dessert
Bananas Foster served warm over premium vanilla ice cream.
