I really didn’t feel like it this morning, but I knew I’d feel better afterwards. I decided to wear an oldie but a goodie supernova rise. Just grinding getting time on my feet while running. Thinking of pushing for a marathon next fall who knows what I’ll get talked into 🤷🏼‍♂️

Not to shabby for a weds morning. Time on feet getting longer, ultraboost 5x still getting the job done!! insoles add to the amazing ride.

Happy Labor Day my friends!!! Been quiet lately bc I didn’t want to jinx my running progress. The plantar fasciitis seems to be gone 🤞🏻so I’ve on week 3 on doing interval running. Keeping only on the dreadmill to stay safe. But every week I’ve been adding more time to the run. First week was 30 minutes, second was 45 and today start of week 3 I did 1 hour 10 minutes. With my last mile I ran without stopping. It’s funny how something so small can feel like a huge accomplishment. Adidas supernova rise did the job nicely, definitely want some more cush going on longer efforts.
