We are deeply saddened to hear of the sudden passing of Mayor Hogaboam.

I had the opportunity to personally sit in bid openings conducted by Rick and to work with him. He was a man who cared deeply about his community, his work, and the people he served. That commitment was evident in everything he did steady, genuine, and rooted in doing what was right.

His impact will be felt for years to come through the City of Nampa and the many lives he influenced along the way.

Life is short and precious. Take care of yourselves and your families.
