Things are starting to ramp up again around here! Kits, quail and so much more on the way!

Little life update: our family is growing again, and our tiny home couldn't handle us anymore 😂 we've moved just a couple blocks over, but had to sacrifice yard space for a bigger home. We've had to do some rearranging for the time being, but once it starts to warm up and dry out a bit back there we will have so many fun projects to share!

What I said: you guys just ate my raspberry bush and I'm mad. I swear I'm never letting you into my yard again.

What they heard: you guys are real cute, come love me so I forget how mad I am and let you into my yard again so you can finish the job. 🙄

They're like toddlers that eat too many greens, if such a thing is possible.

Just picked up our 4H broiler chicks! I can't wait to watch these lil nuggets grow!

I'm not sure how many crucibles have been sacrificed. I couldn't tell you how many times I've had to tiptoe through vast oceans of ground up ore on our patio. The number of times Zach has come inside with cuts, burns, and bruises from this is astonishing, but to hold this copper in our hands after it all is pretty stinking cool!

Sometimes he brings me flowers, and sometimes it's more chicks to feed my healthy obsession.
