Job Overview
We are seeking a Automotive Glass Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be able to talk to customers, have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service. This role involves working with various types of vehicles, ensuring that all glass installations meet safety standards and customer satisfaction. Recommend to have a Ge**er multi​ tool or Leatherman. Clean driving record is a must.
Responsibilities
Perform installation and repair of automotive glass, including windshields, side windows, and rear windows.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete installations and repairs.
Conduct thorough inspections of glass components to ensure quality and safety.
Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
Answering phones
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used for each job.
Skills
Be able to navigate basic computer programs.
Experience in auto glass repair is not required.
Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during installations, 50 pounds.
