Unfortunately, as of June 15, 2024, and 20 years in service, the Calabash Lions Club will close, due to decrease in membership, aging, and not enough members willing to serve on the board. Residents of Calabash, Carolina Shores, Sunset Beach, and parts of Ocean Isle Beach will have to contact the Shallotte Lions Club for Eyeglasses and Exams assistance.
