For the 19th edition of German Currents Film Festival 2025, Plus3mm Creative had the honor of designing this year’s official festival poster and visual identity. From October 17–21, some of the best in new German cinema will light up Los Angeles and Southern California, with screenings at legendary venues like the Aero Theatre, Los Feliz 3, Gardena Cinema, and the Goethe-Institut’s project space.

We’re especially thrilled to welcome our friend .henke together with , adding an extra spark to an already inspiring program.

This year’s festival poster is made up of various motifs from the films being shown, so each detail carries a piece of the stories and moods, creating a small visual journey through the entire program.

We’re proud to unveil the new visual identity for :KUNSTGERECHT, the agency for moving stage productions and unforgettable encounters between audience and actor.

:KUNSTGERECHT curates and creates literary readings, scenic performances, and theatrical experiences at the highest artistic level — working with celebrated actors like , , , to bring extraordinary words to life.

plus3mm Creative developed their new design presence from the ground up: logo, visual identity, and a digital language that honors the intersection of literature and performance. The new website is launching soon — a space where you’ll be able to explore every detail.
