π« What a Salsa-tastic Morning at Grady County Extension! πΆοΈ
Today, 7 participants joined us for our Food Preservation Workshop, where we made homemade chili salsa using both the Boiling Water Bath and Steam Canning methods. It was a great morning of hands-on learning, safe food preservation practices, and delicious results!
π We even had one participant travel all the way from Tampa, Florida to join us! Thank you to everyone who attended and made the class so much fun.
